Thankful Turkey Box DIY

Spend some time and write down all the things you are thankful for this Thanksgiving with our Thankful Turkey Box DIY 🦃

Materials you will need:

• Empty (Square) Tissue Box
• Brown Tape
• Construction / Color Paper
• Poster Board
• Adhesive
• Scissors
• Markers

Step 1: Gather materials

Step 2: With an empty tissue box, cover the outside with Brown Tape
Set aside

Step 3: Cut out Body, Beak, and Wattle from template, trace onto color paper, and cut
Option - color straight on the template and cut out

Step 4: Glue Beak and Wattle to the Face and draw eyes. Set aside
Option - can use googly eyes

Step 5: Cut out one Feather from template, trace onto color paper, and cut out - you will need 9 pieces for the Feathers
Option: color straight on the template and cut out
(make sure you print 2 copies of Page 2 of the Template if you choose to do this option)

Step 6: Glue Body to one side of the box

Step 7: Glue Feathers to the back side of the box

Step 8: Print Page 3 of Template, write out the things you are thankful for, and cut out

Step 9: Place them in the box and enjoy!
