Dry Decoration Day

As we are months away from the big day, we had the opportunity to start decorating our 2023 Rose Parade Float - Launching our Future Generation. We invited our BAZIC employees as well as their friends and families to join us in prepping and decorating the float. On November 12th, we met at the Rosemont Pavilion in Pasadena where our float will be staying until the day of the Rose Parade. We started early in the morning at 8am and it was cold and chilly, but that didn't stop us and our excitement. We checked everyone in and they all started out cutting the petals off of fresh and dried flowers. A few hours passed and the AES team started having other people work on grinding and shifting seeds and other dried pieces. People were then able to get on the float and apply the leaves, mums, seeds and flower petals on the books, binders, globe, and graduation cap. It took a lot of energy and labor to go through the materials we had to prep, but everyone had a smile on their face.
