Owzi Club Rewards Program — Terms of Service

By participating in the Owzi Club Rewards Program (the "Program"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Program Overview
Owzi Club is a loyalty program operated by BAZIC Store that rewards members with points for eligible actions. Points may be redeemed for discounts and products as described on the rewards page and in these terms.
2. Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and who have a valid email address. You must create an account or provide your email to join. The Program is subject to applicable laws and may not be available in all regions.
3. Earning Points
Points are earned for eligible actions as described on the rewards page, including but not limited to:
- Sign up: 500 points
- Every purchase: 10 points per $1 spent
- Leave a review: 50 or 100 points (one per order)
- Follow on social: 50–300 points per platform (300 for follow, 50 for like; one-time)
- Refer a friend: 1,500 points when your referred friend completes their first purchase (see Section 5)
- Birthday month: 3,000 points (one-time use during your birthday month; see Section 6)
New members also receive 10% off their first order. Points are credited after an order is fulfilled or the action is verified. We reserve the right to modify earning rates, add or remove earning actions, or void points for fraudulent activity.
4. Redeeming Points
Points may be redeemed for discounts at checkout or for products in the Points Shop:
- 300 points = $1 off. Redeem from 300 to 7,500 points ($1–$25 off) per order in 300-point increments.
- Minimum order: $25 before points can be applied.
- Points Shop: Redeem points for products. Point costs vary by item.
Minimum 300 points required to redeem for $ off. One discount (welcome 10% off, birthday reward, or points redemption) may be used per order; combinations are not permitted. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
5. Referral Program
When you refer a friend:
- Your friend receives 15% off when they join through your unique referral link.
- You receive 1,500 points when your referred friend completes their first purchase.
Referrals must be initiated through your unique referral link. Referred friends must be first-time customers. We reserve the right to withhold or revoke referral rewards for abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
6. Birthday Rewards
Members who add their birthday to their account may receive 3,000 points in their birthday month (one-time use per year). The reward is delivered via email and may be subject to eligibility and timing requirements.
7. Expiration of Points
Points do not expire while your account is active and in good standing. We reserve the right to change this policy with reasonable notice.
8. Modifications and Termination
We may modify the Program, earning rates, redemption options, or these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or by posting on our website. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation if we believe you have violated these terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, made excessive returns, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. If your account is terminated, you will forfeit any unused points.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Program is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, BAZIC Store and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.
10. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BAZIC Store operates. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These terms, together with our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, apply to your participation in Owzi Club.
