RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At BAZIC Products, we accept returns for most products within 30 days from the delivery date. Please note that some items may have different return policies. Items returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund. Shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable. All returned items must be unused and in the same condition as when received.

PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE

We guarantee all BAZIC Products against defects in materials or workmanship. If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service team for a replacement.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards purchased from BAZICSTORE.com are non-refundable.

STORE CREDIT

Store credit, if issued, will be provided in the form of an e-gift card.

RETURNS PROCESS

To return an item, please include the original packing slip or order number. We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of your return. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

WHERE’S MY REFUND?

After receiving your returned item, please allow up to two weeks for processing. Once your refund is issued, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Purchases made on BAZICSTORE.com are strictly prohibited from being resold on Amazon.com or Walmart.com marketplaces. We do not provide direct shipping services to Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) or Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) centers.
